The computer sciences plays an important role in the economy, with applications in the telecommunications, transport and manufacturing industries, for example, as well as in decision support systems.
The aim of this major is to train design and development engineers, i.e. professionals capable of designing, developing and maintaining computer applications which form an integral part of products and systems.
